Lord, first I want to say thank you for my life and thank you for my job. Father I am seeking help with doing better at my job. Give me the knowledge to find the information the customer is seeking. Help me to be a better communicator. Help me to speak with clearity, confidence and understanding. Lord help me to EXPRESS EMPATHY IMMEDIATELY AND THRU OUT THE CALL.
