dear lord please help me to stop feeling so guilty and hating myself. I know that I am fearfully and wonderfully made but others do not seem to realize. help me to not be sad and down on myself heavenly father. give me strength to get through my days and nights and trust that you ate in control and have a plan for my life, a plan better than anything I could imagine.
