Any addiction can be a challenge but god has already given us the power to overcome them.this is something I'm struggling with as well. We have to take steps to get it out or life and try and stay strong to keep it out. God has already given us the tools we have to be willing to use them. Stay strong and try and occupy your mind with something else. Don't hate yourself for it though because then satan is really got us. Take steps it doesn't have to happen overnight.god will honor you trying.before you know it the urge will be gone.so ill pray for you and you do the same for me,in jesus name amen
