Prayer Request


Dear God you're beautiful. Even this morning I was reminded of your majesty as I drove to the office. The sun was so bright. The bright orange ball of fire hovered just over the horizon. Thank you for simple reminders that you are sovereign. My God who hung the stars in space cares enough about me to know my every need. Just as that sun enlightens the earth, so your word makes light my path through this life as a lamp unto my feet. Thank you for your word. Thank you for keeping my steps secure. Thank you for leading me in those steps. You have said to me in your word, "this is the way, walk in it." You are the light of the world. Lord God be my light today in these dark times. Many are suffering. Wether it be financially, or emotionally, physically, spiritually, or often some combination of all struggles, you and you alone are the light in this darkness. You are the author and finisher of this life. Uphold us in your hands. When we fall, do not utterly cast us down, but shelter us under the shadow of your wings. Help us to taste and see that you are good. Give us faith to trust. Gives eyes to see your light today. In the name of Jesus Christ your son, in whose righteousness we come to you our Father, hear and answer to the praise of your glorious grace. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
