Heavenly father,
Thank you for this day, for giving me the health and the strength of body, mind, and spirit to get up and get through this day! I ask that you Will be with me to guide me through it that I may benefit from those around me and them from me. Help me to learn and grow. Help me to know you better and to be more like you! In you I get all my hope, all my strengthand in you all is possible! Thank you lord, in the name of our saviour Jesus Christ, Amen!
