Dear god need to lose 28 pounds my health is at risk you took the drugs the alcohol and ciggerettes and the caffeinne out of my life now take the fast food and deep fried food motivate me in ways never dream of,,,, I know there's few of you out there in same boat so let's pray for each other amen
