God please guide me through this week that it may go smoothly. Be with me tomorrow for my doctor appointment. I pray that all goes well. Please continue to watch over me and my daughter and guide me to make wise parenting decisions. Help me to be patient, kind and understanding. In Jesus' name I pray.
