Dear god need to lose forty pounds my health is at risk you took the drugs the alcohol and ciggerettes and the caffeinne out of my life now take the fast food and deep fried food motivate me in ways never dream of,,,, I know there's few of you out there in same boat so let's pray for each other amen

Amen! After havn a baby & gaining 60lbs i struggled 2 get rid of w8. I just leaned on da Lord 4 strength & strong will daily. He helped me stay focused & commited 2 my w8 loss goal & i have accomplished it. Praise da Lord! Stay strong eat healthy, excercise & fast unto da Lord with your prayer request & he will b with u thru it all.
