The motive of the heart is always in question. As God sees our hearts. In everything we are to do to the glory of God. If you are having trouble with masturbating. Pray to God for strength not to. Focus on Christ. When Jesus was on earth He was tempted in all points yet without sin. He knows how we feel.
As far as kissing. I don't think there nothing wrong with it. But ask God for strength if it gets to hot! Never put yourself in a position for the Devil to work or cause you to sin.

I also forgot. French kissing arouses the passion. Becareful of it's seductiveness.

You have to remember the Christian life is a commitment to Honor and Glorify God. He is not just Savior but Lord of our life. In the Christian life there will always be suffering and temptation. These cause us to draw to God in a closer way. Dependancy upon him. We can not serve two masters. The flesh seeks to gratify it's lustful desires. If you live by the Spirit you will put to death the deeds of the body. Everything we do is to glorify God. The world cannot understand this. This is the essence of life.
