Prayer Request

Dear heavenly Father, hear my prayer. Could it have gotten so bad that I am going to have a heart attack? Is that what my weight has come to? I feel like I am dying when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't breathe and feel as if I am being stabbed in the chest. Oh Lord help me. Help me love myself AND my girls enough to do something about this before it is too late. Put it in my heart to turn to you before I turn to food. I know it is ungodly to treat my body in such a way. Lord hear my prayer. In the name of Jesus I pray.
